Placing Your Order
Placing an order with
TRAINTEK, LLC is easy. There's no need to create an account first.
You are given the option to create an account when you are ready to
Checkout - it is not a requirement. (If you prefer, we also
accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail.)
Here are the steps you
need to follow to place an order.
1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like
to order. A Keyword search box is available at the top of every page.
You may browse through our items by clicking
the navigation links on the left hand column menu of each page.
When you find an item
that interests you, click the name of the item or its thumbnail
picture to see its product detail page. Here you will find more
information about the item, including any availability issues that
may be affecting shipment of the item from our order fulfillment

contact us directly and we will assist you with your purchasing
or service requests.
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you would like to
order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item to be
purchased. You will then be taken to your Shopping Cart where you
will be able to view the items to be purchased and you may also
update the quantity of the items to be purchased. While viewing your
cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the page you
were previously browsing.
You may access the
contents of your
Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the
Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to
review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When
you are ready to place an order for everything in your cart, click
the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the Customer Log In page
and be given the option of creating an Account or placing the order
without one. Returning customers with accounts may log in at this
time and your shipping and billing addresses will be pre-filled in
on the Customer Info page.
You will then be
prompted through the remaining steps to complete your order. This
will include Shipping and Billing information, Shipping and Payment
methods. There will be a progress indicator through each step to
provide a visual display of each step of the Checkout process.
On the last Checkout
step you will click the "Submit Order" button to complete the order
process. You will receive an order confirmation to the email address
you provided during Checkout. If there are any problems fulfilling
your order we will notify you as soon as possible.
