SPROG II is The programmer for all DCC decoder needs, and works with the powerful JMRI Decoder Pro software to support configuration programming of any DCC decoder, including sound decoders.

Overview

SPROG II is a stand-alone DCC programmer and controller, able to be used in a complementary manner to an existing DCC system, or on its own.

SPROG II is not an interface to a DCC system; SPROG does the things a typical Command Station does, in a smaller way!

SPROG II gives you the ability to program DCC decoders using your computer without the need to move your computer to the railway room, or your existing DCC system to the computer room.

SPROG II accepts commands from the computer port and formats them into DCC packets for programming of decoders or operating small layouts or DCC accessory systems. These commands are assembled by Decoder Pro, the software used with SPROG.
